Subscription & Pricing

Yes. KnowMine is free to download and use. The free version gives you access to all widgets and features, supported by ads.

A KnowMine subscription unlocks full customization of all widgets (colors, fonts, shapes, animations, images), advanced personalization options, and an ad-free experience.

KnowMine offers two subscription options: a monthly plan and an annual plan. The annual plan offers the best value if you plan to use KnowMine regularly.

You can subscribe directly from within the app. Go to Settings and tap on the subscription option. Payment is handled securely through the App Store.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings. Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage this in your Apple ID settings.

Data Accuracy

KnowMine calculates astronomical data using established formulas and your device's location. Results are highly accurate for most practical purposes. Minor rounding differences may appear due to optimizations applied to keep widgets fast and efficient, but these are typically within a few seconds or fractions of a degree.

Directional widgets — such as compass heading and location-based directional signals — rely on your device's built-in compass sensor. Accuracy depends on your hardware and environment. Magnetic interference from nearby objects or buildings can affect readings. For best results, calibrate your device compass regularly in the iOS Settings.

Weather data is sourced from third-party weather providers. While these providers strive for accuracy, forecasts and current conditions are inherently estimates and may occasionally differ from actual local conditions. KnowMine is not responsible for errors or omissions in data provided by external services.

Small differences between apps are normal and can be caused by rounding, different calculation methods, or different data sources. KnowMine optimizes for real-time performance on mobile devices, which may introduce minor approximations in some values.

Some widgets — like world clocks, counters, and certain astronomical data — work fully offline. Others, such as weather widgets, require an active internet connection to fetch current data.

Technical Support

First, make sure your device has an active internet connection (for widgets that require it). Then try the following: close and reopen the app, check that background app refresh is enabled for KnowMine in your iOS Settings, or restart your device. If the issue persists, contact us at support.

Make sure you have added the widget from the iOS widget gallery (long-press your home screen → tap the + button → search for KnowMine). If the widget appears blank, open the KnowMine app at least once after installation to allow it to load initial data.

You can reach us through the support contact available in the App Store listing. We read all feedback and use it to improve KnowMine with every update.

Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the crash repeats, try restarting your device. If it continues, please report it through our support channel with a brief description of what you were doing when it happened — this helps us fix it faster.

Currently, KnowMine is available exclusively on the iOS App Store for iPhone. iPad and other platforms may be considered in the future.
